Sign Contract & Payment
We’ll have a call or chat through text and once all details are confirmed, we’ll sign a contract and you’ll have to pay a non-refundable deposit.

You’ll get a detailed client guide with all the tips, recommendations and things to keep in mind while preparing for your session. I’m always available for a call if you have questions.

Two weeks after the session you’ll receive an online gallery with all your photos.
FAQ
How can I book you?
It's quite simple! Fill out the contact form on my site, email me kaylahopsonphoto@gmail.com, or DM on insta @kaylahopsonphotography with your details. I will respond within 48 hours. I do require a signed contract and retainer to secure the date. Once I have recieved both we then begin chatting about locations and details!
How many photographs will I recieve?
It definitely varies! Every session is different. I do guarantee a minimum but often deliver more than that!
You will get anything and everything that meets my standards!
Where do we get our photos?
When I finish editing your session, I will send you an online gallery where you can easily download your photos.
What is your turn-around time?
Typically 2-4 weeks. If you need your photos faster, I offer a rush delivery option for an additional fee. Thank you so much in advance for being patient with me! I take my time in the editing process so that every photo you get meets my standards.
Will we get sneaks?
Yes! I strive to send sneaks within 72 hours after your session.
Are we allowed to bring our dogs to a session?
Absolutely! As long as they are friendly and willing. We can definitely incorporate your animals in a session. I’ve done shoots with dogs, horses, cats, chickens, goats, and beyond. ♡
What if the weather is bad?
Depending on the style of shoot, certain weather conditions can make for some amazing and dramatic shots that deliver a one-of-a-kind session. However, I would never put anything above my client's safety. So, in the case of dangerous weather conditions I will work with you to reschedule at the next, best available time.
What should we wear?
I recommend sticking to a neutral color palette like creams, tans, blacks, and whites as they tend to be more timeless. Of course, there are exceptions depending on the setting and style of the shoot. So, I do include an outfit styling guide and assistance with every booking to help customize your session.
How does the process work?
Once you have made the decision to book Kayla Hopson as your photographer, all that is required is putting down your retainer and signing a contract.
